BigBasket is now delivering groceries by drone in Bengaluru. Is this actually the future?🤔

Just read this and my jaw kinda dropped ... BigBasket along with a drone company called Skye Air, has started delivering groceries and medicines via drones to residents of Prestige Falcon City in South Bengaluru. Apparently, the whole thing is DGCA-approved and the drones can deliver stuff in just 5-10 minutes from a storage facility within 5 km. No extra cost either. They're saying it helps avoid traffic, speeds up delivery, and runs from 7 am to 8 pm daily. And yes, real-time tracking is part of the setup. This sounds super futuristic, but also makes me wonder...how scalable is this? Will we start seeing drones buzzing over all our neighborhoods soon, or is this just a gated-community luxury thing? Also, what about safety, weather, or even the noise? Is anyone living in that area? Or in logistics/tech, who can weigh in? I'm genuinely curious where this could go.🤔🤔
