I'm currently working at a company where I believe I'm receiving the standard compensation package for someone with 3 years of experience. In addition to my salary, I also have company stock worth around 500K (in local currency), vested over three periods. The stock is valued in GBP.
Recently, I received an offer from another company with a 30% hike in my fixed compensation. However, that's all the offer includes—no ESOPs or additional perks—and they've confirmed this is the best they can offer.
Now I’m at a crossroads:
Should I switch for the hike or stay for the long-term value of the stocks and the stability I currently have?
