Day to Day Office

Last night, I came home feeling really frustrated after a last-minute meeting at work. I rang the doorbell and saw my husband looking happy because he got a new project thanks to his hard work. 

He was telling me how much praise he got at work and how his career is moving forward. But I suddenly lost my patience and shouted .............SHUTUP, I’m not happy right now ................too much frustrated and I don’t want to hear about your achievements. Just leave me alone.

He looked surprised, and I walked away from the room. Since then, it’s been quiet between us................no hugs or support. And I am wondering why?

If he can share his happiness, why can’t I share my frustration? Being partners means understanding each other, no matter what. 
Why the silence? Not everyone has a good day every day. Sometimes, you just need someone to ask how you are feeling before talking.

Being a startup, you are expected to wear many hats, this can become overwhelming at times, especially for people who struggle to multi-task. I like to see this as a learning opportunity and grow with it, being able to manage more work, people and lead bigger teams.

The biggest thing is the culture! We all work like a group of friends, there is no politics, no aggressive competition, or a lot of pressure. The environment is open and motivating, it helps a lot in personal and professional development. 
The WFH + Workcations model definitely beats everything else, it gives me more time to spend with friends and family while also saving on rent and daily travel. With the workcations, I also get to travel, see new places, and build strong relationships with my team.

The team is so great that, sometimes I feel working offline would be way more fun than online.

I like the part of collaboration and directly speaking to stakeholders which is very rare in the design industries like you're the InCharge of the project and from the initiation point to the design handover.

I am having good experience working with Dezyit. The team demonstrate expertise in UX design, providing innovative solutions and lots of learning through project management. Team Communication and support are always there. Dezyit provides product and service design which gives an explorative way of learning to new interns.

The higher level people at the company do not engage in fun activities conducted by the HR. Due to this I do not know them as a person. If it makes any sense?

Although Dezy It does promote work-life balance, there have been times when certain projects or deadlines have made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. I feel like I have a manageable workload and I'm able to get my work done efficiently. We have the necessary resources and tools to do our jobs. However, there are times when certain projects or tasks are more demanding, which can be stressful.
