EY vs EPAM Systems - URGENT

I will be getting offers from EPAM and EY. Which is better? I have 6 years of experience as a python developer with AWS. EY bank of america client (second client round pending) EPAM yet to give client round EPAM offering 25LPA fixed. Initially EY said 20 fixed and 3.5 variables. I can negotiate but not sure how much they will offer. Which one to choose. Dont have much time
