-- My CCTC is 13.3 LPA.
--TYE- 14 Years.
--Age- 38 completed.
--Qualification- B.E.+ MBA (Both full Time).
--Association with Current Company Since 2011 ,Means 14 Years.
--'Manager only' for the last 8 years.
--Worked across multiple departments.
--Receiving Below Expectation- Grade, since last two years in Sales department ,Received No feedback from bosses ,saying 'Well curve' system gives you this grade .Can't do anything.
In the role of Customer facing ,generating revenue of 80 Cr. on monthly basis,Working day in and day out ,weekend.
Not taken a vacation since last one year.
My boss is of my age only ,immature enough ,insecured from me ,present misleading information to the upper bosses .
I am very much controlled by him.
All time bureaucracy, micromanaging.
I know The solution is to quit the company and nothing else but why company is doing like this and no one take care of long terms employee ,neither dept not HR.
