Everything. Too many unwanted rules and regulations that waste the employees time. Strict break timings and measured with a tool of time bomb, to check if the employees are back on time. No hygienic facilities. Women are questioned upon why you need a leave on your days of period. The company keeps extending thier probation period for no valid reason. Particality and salary deduction for coming I'm late (rarely).

Dont join this workplace , even if you are unemployed. The iteration rate is very high. There's lot of politics to the extent of being unbearable. No support, no hierarchy, no benefits and lot of expectations.
