I am serving notice period without any offers in my hand. I have applied for more than 150+ jobs but hardly get calls from recruiters. My application is getting viewed by recruiters through LinkedIn but didn't get a call back. Even I tried adding my key points and skillset in Naukri also.
Can someone give me advice or ideas on Job search and resume.

Company blackmailing with agreement
I resigned on Feb 8 with a 2-month notice as per my appointment letter. During onboarding, I signed a 3-month training bond, which I have already completed. Now, the company is enforcing a hidden 12-month service clause, extending my notice to 3 months, demanding compensation, and asking me to develop a new product before relieving. Is this legal under Indian labour law?

Why Big 4 Might Not Be the Dream for IT Folks?
If you're in IT, you might want to think twice about joining one of those big "Big 4" companies here in India. Sure, the paycheck might look bigger, but get ready to work your tail off.
From what I've seen, these Big 4 places in India often send you to work directly with clients here, and sometimes these clients can really pile on the work. Plus, the projects don't usually last very long, and you'll probably be doing more analyzing and checking things rather than actually building stuff. You might also find yourself traveling to some pretty random places.
Guess what else eats up your time? Writing up those project proposals.
Big 4s are now doing the ongoing IT support that WITCH companies usually do. Also, a key thing, if you're a manager or want to be one, you'll need to bring in sales, or you could be let go after a couple of years.
So, yeah, just think really carefully before you jump into a Big 4 company. It might not be the best fit for everyone in IT.

🚨Why Freshers in the Indian IT Market Are Facing Fewer Jobs and More Pressure🚨
The Indian IT job market is facing a tough time, especially for freshers. Are you feeling the struggle? A few years ago, IT jobs were everywhere, but now it’s hard to find entry-level positions. Companies are cutting back and looking for people with experience instead of hiring new talent. This leaves freshers with fewer opportunities and a lot of rejection.
On top of that, the pressure is huge—tight deadlines, tough competition, and big expectations make it feel overwhelming. Why is this happening❓ The global economy is slowing down, machines are taking over some jobs, and there’s a big gap between the skills freshers have and what companies want. Big IT firms need workers who can start working well right away, leaving freshers struggling to show they’re good enough.
Does this sound like your experience❓ conversation goingthe hfhconversation going! #ITJobStruggle #FreshersFightBack”

Help Needed: Recovering Questions from an Expired Microsoft Forms Link
Hello everyone,
I recently came across a Microsoft Forms link that was used for a test, but unfortunately, it has expired and no longer accepts responses. The message displayed says that no new responses are being accepted, meaning the form was closed by the owner.
I am preparing for my final exams, and I believe that practicing with the questions from this test would be extremely beneficial—especially since similar questions were included in the midterm exam. However, I am unable to contact the form owner, as the admin does not respond to queries.
I do have the link to the expired form, but I am unsure how to retrieve the questions. If anyone has any idea or knows a possible method to recover the questions or content from the form, I would greatly appreciate your help.
Any suggestions or guidance would be highly valuable. Thank you in advance!
Link I'll share if anyone knows it

Is it truly possible to cross 12 LPA in Service Desk or Technical Support roles, or am I simply wasting my time and risking my career..?
I would like to seek your guidance regarding career growth in Service Desk and Technical Support roles.
Is it realistically possible to build a rewarding career here and achieve 12+ LPA and more , or is growth mostly tied to years of experience? Should I aim for higher levels like L2/L3, or consider switching to other domains for better opportunities?
After several interviews, I feel disheartened. Despite my efforts, this field often seems undervalued, and recruiters mentioning "it's just a Service Desk role" has been painful.
I am passionate about my work but also seek professional and financial growth.
I would truly appreciate your honest advice on how to shape my career ahead.
Thank you!

The Pentagon just scrapped $5.1 billion worth of contracts—and the ripple effects could hit employees and freshers hard.
Major firms like Accenture and Deloitte were part of this cut, especially in areas like:
• Cloud IT Services
• DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) Programs
• COVID-19 response and climate projects
What’s the impact?
• Layoffs & freeze alerts: These global decisions often trigger cost cuts and downsizing in Indian branches, especially in support or non-core tech roles.
• Fresher hiring slowdown: When budgets shrink, entry-level hiring is the first to take a hit.
• More competition for fewer jobs.
Takeaway:
If you’re a fresher or working in consulting/IT:
• Upskill fast.
• Diversify your profile (Cloud + AI + Business Strategy = hot).
• Don’t wait for campus hiring to save you.
Let’s not fear the recession. Let’s outsmart it.

Need Advice: Switching from Salesforce to ServiceNow?
I have been trying to land a Salesforce Admin job for the past three years, applying to multiple roles, but I haven’t received an opportunity or even an interview. Despite upskilling, gaining certifications, and staying consistent in my job search, the long wait has been frustrating. Now, I’m considering switching to ServiceNow as an alternative career path. Before I take the leap, I would love to hear from professionals in both domains:
- How is the current job market for ServiceNow?
- Is ServiceNow in high demand? Are there enough job opportunities in Hyderabad?
- Will my Salesforce knowledge help in transitioning to ServiceNow?
- What roles in ServiceNow suit my MBA in HR and Salesforce Admin experience?
- Are there opportunities for freshers in ServiceNow, or is experience mandatory?
- Would you recommend making this switch, or should I continue my Salesforce journey?
Any insights, suggestions, or guidance would be really helpful!

Hi,
I recently got selected as SAP Consultant in EY GDS,I have overall 3.4 years of experience and relevant experience in IT( SAP ) is 3.2 in XYZ Technologies and earlier I worked in (Non-IT)Byjus in Sales for 2 months and came out from Byjus without proper releiving.
I applied in EY GDS with 3.2 Years relevant experience and I didn't showmy Non-IT experience in resume and Candidate Information sheet which I filled during Application form.
Now I have proper documentation from Current Company ,I don't have proper documents from BYJUS & the same is reflecting in EPF Service history.
EY GDS recently Initiated BGV process through Digiverifier and asked me to fill experience details, I filled only current company and I didn't fill Byjus.Anyway Digiverifier will access my EPF service history, Will my BGV pass or fail ? or Will EY asks for any clarification and will allow me?

Job Experience and Salary Concern
I've been working as an Application Support Engineer for the past 2 years and 5 months. After completing my bond, I received a hike from ₹21,000 to ₹34,000, but I feel it’s still quite low compared to industry standards. Many of my peers with similar experience are earning ₹7-8 LPA, which makes me question my growth prospects.
I enjoy learning and have been upskilling in front-end development through online courses, but I’m unsure about the best way to transition into a higher-paying role. Should I focus on switching companies, improving technical skills, or looking for certifications that add more value?
Would appreciate any insights or guidance from experienced professionals!

Why is management industry so severely underpaid compared to tech in India?
Why is it that in tech, people from low-tier colleges are earning 40+ LPA in their 20s, while in finance/management, only top B-school grads (like IIMs) get those salaries? Many tech folks, even from non-IITs, earn well based on their skills, but in finance, your B-school matters a lot.
Why is that normal?
Also, in tech, mid-level devs earn 50+ LPA, but in management, the senior-level salary maxes out at 1 crore. Does skills not matter in finance? I'm 23 and not good at competitive exams like CAT. Can I break out of this loop and upskill in a related field to land a high salary?

Need advice on career opportunities for experienced
I've been working in the current organisation from 16.5 years and my total experience is 20 years in .Net and Azure (4 years). I feel my salary(<30 lacs) is par below industry average.
I feel my salary is not a major concern for me as long as I see a career growth and work satisfaction. But the lack of good project opportunities and expectation from the management for me to support multiple activities (tecnical support for multiple projects, proposals etc) without a client billable opportunity lead me to search for a new job.
I had unsuccessful job applications with TCS (not ready to offer 40 lacs) and Microsoft (profile does not match requirement)
I created my profile in Naukri and started applying for the best fit jobs. But I did not get any calls till now. Probably it takes more time.
