Hi All,
I am serving notice period without any offers in my hand. I have applied for more than 150+ jobs but hardly get calls from recruiters. My application is getting viewed by recruiters through LinkedIn but didn't get a call back. Even I tried adding my key points and skillset in Naukri also. Can someone give me advice or ideas on Job search and resume. I am working as IT Support Engineer at TCS, having 3 years of experience in it. Skillset: Active directory, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Software Installation, and Troubleshooting much more. You can connect me over email also. ganeshmsd0055@gmail.com #job #ITSupport #TCS #Accenture #Infosys #Salarydiscussion

Company blackmailing with agreement
I resigned on Feb 8 with a 2-month notice as per my appointment letter. During onboarding, I signed a 3-month training bond, which I have already completed. Now, the company is enforcing a hidden 12-month service clause, extending my notice to 3 months, demanding compensation, and asking me to develop a new product before relieving. Is this legal under Indian labour law?

Why Big 4 Might Not Be the Dream for IT Folks?
If you're in IT, you might want to think twice about joining one of those big "Big 4" companies here in India. Sure, the paycheck might look bigger, but get ready to work your tail off. From what I've seen, these Big 4 places in India often send you to work directly with clients here, and sometimes these clients can really pile on the work. Plus, the projects don't usually last very long, and you'll probably be doing more analyzing and checking things rather than actually building stuff. You might also find yourself traveling to some pretty random places. Guess what else eats up your time? Writing up those project proposals. Big 4s are now doing the ongoing IT support that WITCH companies usually do. Also, a key thing, if you're a manager or want to be one, you'll need to bring in sales, or you could be let go after a couple of years. So, yeah, just think really carefully before you jump into a Big 4 company. It might not be the best fit for everyone in IT.

🚨Why Freshers in the Indian IT Market Are Facing Fewer Jobs and More Pressure🚨
The Indian IT job market is facing a tough time, especially for freshers. Are you feeling the struggle? A few years ago, IT jobs were everywhere, but now it’s hard to find entry-level positions. Companies are cutting back and looking for people with experience instead of hiring new talent. This leaves freshers with fewer opportunities and a lot of rejection. On top of that, the pressure is huge—tight deadlines, tough competition, and big expectations make it feel overwhelming. Why is this happening❓ The global economy is slowing down, machines are taking over some jobs, and there’s a big gap between the skills freshers have and what companies want. Big IT firms need workers who can start working well right away, leaving freshers struggling to show they’re good enough. Does this sound like your experience❓ conversation goingthe hfhconversation going! #ITJobStruggle #FreshersFightBack”
