As a Branch Operation Officer, working at Axis Bank had its challenges. Some branch managers and cluster heads had a rude attitude, creating a horrible working environment. There was a lack of support and no work-life balance. However, Axis Bank was one of the best banks to work for, especially for women, as they didn't apply excessive pressure, allowing for a pressure-free work environment.
