I have been working in Capgemini since 2.5+ years . I received my promotion and hike last year june but my review happened on last march, HR said there is delay due to some reasons and somehow i got my promotion from A4 to A5 grade on last june Now again my review is done can i expect hike and promotion together or anyone or nothing ?

I have been selected in Capgemini, HR ask for BGV documents and confirm that I have cleared both rounds. At the moment I was having an Offer of 13.5 So I asked 14 . HR:-I will discussed about the CTC and get back to you. But he has not get back to me ,when I tried to know the progress of my OFFER LATTER, At first HR did not respond me then when I tried to call 2nd time I found that HR blocked me. Anyone facing these type of Isssue… Please help me for this Capgemini Very bad experience at Capgemini Interview Process . It’s really very very worst situation for employees. I have all the details along with the call records of HR ..

Capgemini assesment for Standard chartered bank

I got selected for Capgemini for the role of senior consultant , the HR informed me that I will have an assessment to clear for Standard Chartered Bank if not I'll have to be on the bench on Capgemini. Skills: Java ,SB, MS 1. Anybody knows what that assessment for SC bank is? 2. How good is Capgemini's bench policy and job security for someone who's salary range is >25Lpa 3. How is SC bank's work life balance(just asking incase if I clear the assesment) Please help!!
