I have serious concerns about HDFC Bank. The work-life balance is a major issue, and the culture feels outdated. The senior managers are constantly complaining and treating their subordinates poorly.😓 Surprisingly, despite having a huge corpus fund, they ask employees for contributions for small activities. The management is obsessed with timekeeping and sends unnecessary emails. However, job security is guaranteed even if you're a low performer.
