Ernst & Young EY’s 26-year-old employee's death has fueled the toxic corporate work culture debate on social media. Earlier, Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy’s “70-hour” advice to youngsters sparked a similar discussion. Who is responsible for her death/murder? Where is the HR who said we are family? Where is the management and boot licking Executive? Dear friends only focus on the work which is good for health and life. Don't think about the company and the name of the company. Remeber: company have option at your replacement but your mom dad haven't. Business owners talk about how Japanese people work hard and grow their country but they never tell how companies treat them very professionally. I respect the business struggle but once you reach on top of business then all become the same nonsense.

And do they really get back to you or respond if select/reject you? How much their job portals are useful, updated and trusted for checking your applicants status like (Workday, Ripple hire, HirePro etc)? 👉Comments made by the employees of these companies would be appreciated and helpful.

Let's talk about the heat TCS, Infosys ,Wipro and similar companies are getting these days. Freshers seem to be especially vocal, calling them "CHWTIA" (a derogatory term). But here's the thing: these companies employ a huge chunk of India's IT workforce. Sure, the pay might be lower, but guess what? This website was built by Infosys the same company that encouraged people to work 70 hours a week to help India grow.🤷‍♂️ Instead of saving time, the website's glitches are making CAs work even longer! I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to learn and grow. The campuses in Bangalore and Mysore are amazing, and the people I work with are generally great. On the other hand, I'm disappointed by the significant gap between the CTC mentioned in my payslip and the actual in-hand salary. It's frustrating to see my salary cut regularly in the name of charity and deductions. Overall, Infosys is a company with both pros and cons. If you're considering working there, I recommend weighing them carefully before making a decision.🙂
