Hey people,I Just want to share my view on Larsen & Toubro Limited, coimbatore where I worked as a Junior Supervisor. Loved the job security but had a terrible 10-year experience. Was forced to do extra work without fair compensation, no recognition, and zero motivation. The management was immature and stole ideas from us without appreciation. Instead of empowering middle management people blaming the team mates which is not fare and Not cool! #NotRecommended

Larsen bhai, Senior Engineer Mechanical. Job me badi mazza aati hai, learning bhi kaafi hoti hai. Yaha kaafi training bhi hoti hai jisse hum log bahut fayda uthate hain. Life me koi pachhtava nahi hota bhai, yahi mantra hai. Chill!

An Assistant Construction Manager

As an Assistant Construction Manager, I have mixed feelings about Larsen & Toubro Limited. While the job security is great and upper management is attentive, there are certain areas where improvement is needed. The work-life balance is poor, the appraisal procedure could be better, and there needs to be more transparency in employee benefits. Additionally, a more professional culture should be adopted on the site level. Overall, it's a company with its pros and cons.

A Senior Electrical Engineer

The work at L&T is exciting, the people are nice, and working on big projects is fulfilling. 🙂🙂 But, the rating system for promotions and salary hikes is random, which is unfair to many employees, and freshers lack flexibility in choosing their field of work. It's a hectic job with site postings, but it can be rewarding
