Let's talk about the heat TCS, Infosys ,Wipro and similar companies are getting these days. Freshers seem to be especially vocal, calling them "CHWTIA" (a derogatory term). But here's the thing: these companies employ a huge chunk of India's IT workforce. Sure, the pay might be lower, but guess what? Maybe those complaining didn't prepare enough to land those "dream" jobs.😅

A Project Engineer
As a fresher, my experience at Wipro was the worst. There was no project allocation and we were left to find projects on our own. Communication with the management was non-existent. I strongly advise against joining Wipro as a fresher. On the positive side, they do provide opportunities for skills development.

I disliked the office politics and the favoritism that seemed to play a role in promotions at Wipro. It was frustrating to feel like my hard work wasn't always being recognized.😔
However, I really enjoyed the two-way cab facility and socializing with my friends in the cafeteria.
I also found that learning from my colleagues was more helpful than relying on QA. It was great to have access to such a wealth of knowledge and experience. I just wish that communication among team members could have been better.

I had a terrible experience working at Wipro. There was no job security and I constantly felt pressured. The worst part was that they would remove employees without any valid reason, often forcing us to leave the organization abruptly. It's definitely not a company I would recommend.

My experience working with Wipro's human resources department was the worst. 😡.They were rude and 🤥 untrustworthy. The onboarding process was also stopped abruptly. I wouldn't 🙅🏻♀️♂️ recommend joining the company unless you have no other options.
