Interview Preparation Tips

Topics to prepare for Swiss Re Release Manager interview:
  • Release management
Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I personally had a bad experience, as I have attended the Interview at SwissRe, 8th Floor, Knowledge City, beside T Hub, Hyderabad, Telangana state, India, in the month of December 2023. One a weekend Saturday I have attended the interview, 2 Technical Round and 1 HR round on the same day.
After the HR discussion, the HR personally came to the lobby to congratulate me in selection and updated that I would be receiving the offer by next week, rather the company didn't progress as they were celebrating 1 year of SwissRe in Hyderabad, Telangana and eventually the next week upon multiple calls to the HR, I was told that that the requirement has been fulfilled by another candidate.

If my candidature wasn’t selected, why it was communicated to me the way, probably oral(in-person) might not be officially(through email), it has left a negative mark on the Company in my view, I even did raise an escalation support request to the central SwissRe, but I haven't received any response though.
This could be quite lesser impact situation as compared possibly as compared to many other such as “offer being release but cancelled later by an organization”, yet it was devastating for me as of the Communication and the Good Remarks I received after every round of interview I have undergone.
