1) According to me the leader is who support their employees colleagues who encourage them a self confident guy who takes their subordinates along with his.. keep them Happy 

2) long term goals is mandatory but thought short term goals play most important role while achieving long term goal.. Because without fulfillment of short term goal we can't go forward

3) I'm always being honest with organization at any situation trying very hard to keep this organization at high
