For a example I am worked in Engineer Company my colegue was low perfomer but this situation how to handled my colegue I am explain you are low performer said all staff that is true or false say promptly. That answer depend on his low performer or not. But his low performer I am explain how to work hard to Company.

If Engineer are working in low performance then I will first ask what's challenges are facing where the output is not coming on site,would understand the situation about work and MP.

Accordingly we will improve the work style and work guidelines.

I noticed his minus point and I put more effort to trained him in a best way..and i leave him to do his hard work to get minus point to plus and will he successfully complete his job..
