I would like to talk about the salary package question. I was asked on what my expectation was. My previous salary package was confusing for me but I asked for a particular amount required for me to survive henceforth. But company has been very kind and it offered more than what I asked for, seeing my confidence in my area of work. So be confident in asking salary if you are qualified and confident enough in your area of expertise and do not go for negotiation terminology towards the beginning of salary discussions as it might tempt recruiters to put you down on rating
