Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interviewed for a mid senior level position months ago. The interview was online and during the whole interview, the interviewer kept looking somewhere else. The interview went really well though. Initially, the HR didnt even ask for my availability and randomly scheduled the interview. Following the interview, a follow up email several weeks later requesting information on the interview elicited no response.
The HR failed to even show the basic courtesy of - 1) asking if a candidate is available on a particular day and time for the interview and randomly scheduling it, 2) not even providing a basic update on whether they are proceeding with a candidate or not, especially after being asked for an update through a mail. Yet another example of the HR ghosting a candidate. Poor!
