Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The only thing I would like to say is, we often explain things that are unnecessary and don't explain things that are necessary. So please be careful. If anyone asks about your skillset, it's easy. But if someone asks questions like, how do you handle conflicts...how do you handle crisis...how do you handle pressure... there is no direct answer, like yes/no. You have to explain a situation where you contributed significantly to resolve a conflict, to overcome crisis, or how you handled a high-pressure situation to turn things around.
