I applied via Campus Placement and was interviewed in Sep 2023. There were 3 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

The duration of the aptitude test was 120 minutes (2 hrs), for 130 questions (including 100 Logical Reasoning, Verbal ability, Quantitative Ability and other 30 questions from TECHNICAL DOMAIN), Mine was Civil Background. Technical Questions were quite moderate to tough. Whereas, first 100 questions of LR, VA, Quant was quite easy and short.

  • Q1. Technical interview mostly revolved around internships and College Projects that we did. Very few Structural design questions and 1 or 2 from soil mech.

I am 24 years old for the last three years I have been working in the same company. My first appraisal was Excellent 45% when I was trainee engineer to Junior Engineer 2023, I learnt lots of things WTP automation, Planning, Projects Management,MEP, SAP etc. Second appraisal- as junior Engineer 2024 was poor they give me B-Grade 4.4% during this time I worked hard. Day night shift I was shocked why management give bad. I thought to my seniors they said we will give best. Third appraisal also same 4.4% as Junior Engineer to Assistant Engineer with C grade 2025 I am to disappoint with my top management my manager said to me, without my feedback top management give poor rating. then what will I do? My CTC is very low 2.98 LPA After this appraisal 3.13 LPA Please help me for carrier growth.
