(1 Question)

  • Q1. Do not join them

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never jump into this organization if you are well experienced. The old people joined with them is having a hold on the organization and they are not supportive to their juniors to make the positions. All immediate leaders are self centered and not helping in gaining any knowledge. The HR hire the employees and after 6 months, their tone gets changed as if they have not hired but buyed them. No increments/incentives and company can ask to leave immediately the newly joined if the market have dip and you are on high salary(more 25K) as now they are not able to afford. They do not have policy of retaining the employees instead having policy of laying off. They have a mind set up of opening new offices showing that they are expanding on demands of clients but not think of the employees who have been even working on Sundays in office(as asked to come by the seniors) for increasing their business. They generally have women employees and says have belief on women empowerment but simultaneously asking them to leave the women employees when the business is on dip without giving any period of notice and giving it a name of "not performing" to them. Some also given warnings of improvement(these are those employees who salaries they can afford like less 25K). The data for calling they provide is simply useless and no pipeline can get generated and still they want their employees to take the business from that only since they have invested on the data)

DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION EVER !! Beware !!!
