Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I went through 4 different rounds and 2 were F2F. This was Super waste of time after conducting all the rounds they didnt bother to respond on the closure, After multiple follow-ups they mentioned they do not have the budget what a joke. I simply wasted my couple of weeks after this interview and literally wasted 2.5 hours in there office at Mumbai. During interview the so called AVP or Asso Direc took the interview and nothing was pertaining to the JD which was shared it seems they wanted the Perfect Candidate with the Lowest package. After that one guy came and just blabbered on the something which didnt even have my Profile and went off. It was a complete waste of time and money for me to visit there office.

The HR is very much irresponsible on the on reply i had to followup multiple times she only bothered to respond after her manager was marked on the email, After this i was sure about the reviews i read about mirum about the loose responses from the HR and actually personal exp made me believe it.

It is highly recommended to check with them on the budget initially they say they are okay, However post selection they negotiate like barging at the vegetable vendor stall it was so much disappointing. Finally it is highly NOT recommended to join Mirum.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Lousy MD and HR team. The interview barely lasts for 10 minutes.

The MD especially has superhuman abilities to screen candidates with 17 years of experience in just 10 flat minutes and that too while eating his favorite junk food while taking the interview.

The interview slot given to you will be 15 minutes only. If you ask them to put you through a test they would say at your level we don't conduct tests. Our HR team will be in touch with you.

HR team never responds to you. They just ghost and your mails would go unanswered if you ask them about the status of your candidature.

Long story short: my last drawn salary was in excess of 23 lakhs and they clearly never had the budget to hire me for this role. Despite knowing my expectations they called me for a f2f interview just to waste a colossal amount of time.

If you happen to get a call from this company ask them beforehand about the kind of budget they have for this role. If they say a generic reply like "budget is not the constraint for the right candidate DO NOT GO FOR THE INTERVIEW. They will only waste your time and never be bothered to respond back to you.
