1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus
Position - manager
2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed
3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa
I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.

Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

It was a coding round interview along with interviewer via Virtual mode. I was given 2 coding questions on HackerRank for the interview:
1. one was an easy problem on counting minimum replacements.
2. "pat is an ordinary kid who works hard to be a great runner...." this was a challenging problem (which I managed to solve).
3. I was asked some basic Python questions, as the role was for a Python Developer.
