This is has been a most frequent question done to me by my students. Well, as a coach of personality development.. I say interview has to do everything with your body language. If your body language is disturbed or distracted that shows your brain is disturbed / distracted. The point to give it a sense is when you frequently repeat a same gesture like rubbing hands, moving legs, touching eyes,ears or head again and again etc... mind it "you're repeating a same gesture frequently... and this frequent movement of body or body parts is sending a disturbance message to your brain via nerves. This affects your right side brain or left side brain." Sooo.... yesss!! Mind your body language for the sake of your concentration and confidence. Stay firm to relax your brain.
