Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Rich's graviss products in other countries is good , but it's Indian property is a Totally fraud and courtesy less unit.
Their one two chefs called me with very familiar for food trial. I left my mother's doctor treatment for that trial by their forcefully approach & went to Kolkata.
They have no manners & time management, i waited for response for trial till 12 pm in a local railway station. Then someone called me . I went to a venue ( local bakery) , which was not their laboratory bakery. I given trial in a very critical environment at there .
After trial, they confirmed me for joining very soon.
I came to home & next day again their chef discussed with me for joining & 100% confirmed me !
Friends, but after waiting few days they cheated me & appointed someone other for odisha region and didn't updated me it also ! What a cheap mentality administration of Rich's graviss products India unit ???
After covid, i m refused many out station offers due to my old mother, they knew it well . I agreed with them only for staying in odisha for mother. They assured me also , took interview , finalized my posting...but, suddenly betrayed me !!!
How a non-professional system of them !!!

Don't join anyone . It's India unit is not good.

Nailed the interview, still rejected
Just had the BEST interview ever – super positive and encouraging! But got rejected. Interviewer said I was the most prepared, knew it was a full-time role (unlike others), and loved my answers. One of my questions was even called "the best ever asked!" He showed me around, said I was exactly what they wanted, and would get back by Friday. I was so hyped! Then today, I got the rejection email. No reason given, just "went with someone else." Feels bad when your best isn't enough. Anyone else been there? How'd you cope?
