There are multiple ways to solve this:

1) You can look at the population of the country. Then filter down by looking at the number of families, families who can afford to have a car, families who have access to buying a car in their vicinity. Then you can extrapolate the numbers by considering some families to have multiple cars while others would have only 1 car.

2) Look at cars per 1000 people in the country and simply extrapolate based on the total population
