My daily routine activities are to take shop floor  round and check any abnormalities also take feedback from operator and shift in charge for down time . Review with team  for downtime repair activities spares requirements workers absentism etc. Check mails from management and CFT . Preparation and attending daily OAR meeting . Planning and assigning daily OAR tasks to team. Follow up with purchase and vendor for spares .Review meeting with HOD and planning and execution for HOD tasks . Checking and updating daily reports in system . Discussing Solving daily issues with team .Assigning tasks for shift engineers . Brain storming regarding modification activities with team. Handling HR , safety issues of team
