Minimum time needed to get superpower in Corona world game based on defeating zombies and palindrome time.

Player enters game with certain energy and defeats corona infected zombies to reach next level
Zombies double in number per minute as time increases
Player can destroy all zombies in current level when game time is palindrome
Minimum time needed to get superpower must be calculated
Example: Starting time is 10:00, minimum time to get superpower is 11:10
