1digitalstack.ai is looking for a motivated Product Analyst with up to 2 years of experience, particularly in the SaaS (Software as a Service) domain. We have pioneered a market leading media automation product that integrates across e-commerce ad-platforms and helps brands run their ads using automations. You will work directly with our product head and engineering teams to aid development of the product.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development Support :

- Assist in the development of the product roadmap by analyzing data and identifying user needs.

- Work with the engineering team to oversee development, feature priority and improvements.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

- Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to uncover insights.

- Oversee user feedback to provide actionable insights to improve product features.

- Ownership of product documentation and communication across teams.

Market & Competitive Research :

- Conduct market and competitor analysis wherever applicable.

- Help identify gaps and opportunities in our product offerings.

Qualifications :

Education, Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Technology or related fields.

- Good understanding of data analytics tools, related product parlance.

Experience :

- Up to 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or a related role, with a focus on SaaS products.

- Basic understanding of SaaS business models and key performance indicators.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication skills to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
