Certified Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements.

- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and solutions to meet specific business needs.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.

- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems using various methods (i.e., APIs, web services).

- Develop and implement Apex Triggers and other automation tools to streamline business processes.

- Utilize Salesforce frameworks and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable applications.

- Perform data loading and migration tasks.

- Ensure application stability, performance, and functionality through rigorous testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and other technical issues efficiently.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

- Provide technical training and support to Salesforce users.

- Maintain application security and data integrity by adhering to Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes.

What You Need :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in software and application development, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Experience in building and maintaining customer-facing interfaces using Salesforce technologies.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Apex, JavaScript, and Visualforce.

- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components development.

- Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques and best practices.

- Solid understanding of Apex Triggers, asynchronous processing, and governor limits.

- Familiarity with Salesforce frameworks and design patterns.

- Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management.

- Experience with data loading tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with development tools like MavensMate or Eclipse (or similar IDEs).
