Data Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS (2-5 yrs)

Position: Data Analyst

Location: Gurgaon

Education: Preferred: Tier 1 B.Tech (Preferably)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyzing complex datasets, providing data-driven insights, and optimizing data workflows.

- Improving the performance of data processing tasks and ensuring scalable solutions.

- Develop, validate, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high data quality.

Qualifications:

- Mandatory - Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics (preferably from a #Tier 1 college)

- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms - Proficiency in Python or R

- Experience with SQL and database management

- Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, orsimilar)

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
