Job Description

SUMMARY
Job Responsibilities
  • Contact potential customers to provide information about products/services.
  • Pursue leads and maintain communication with previous contacts.
  • Present and elucidate product features and advantages to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections in a professional manner.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
  • Manage a database of customer details.
  • Record call outcomes in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for deal closures and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Proven experience of 1 year in sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
