Job Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create high-quality, engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and interactive media.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals and target audience demographics.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to improve performance.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
