Job description
This role is contributing to the Motion Business System Drive division in Bangalore India.
You will be mainly accountable for: Performing a variety of software engineering tasks in the assigned area of software development, software quality engineering, software testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, software release, support, and maintenance, and/or release management, with limited supervision.
Contributing (independently) to the software development lifecycle that includes requirements, conceptualization, prototyping, design, coding, testing, release, and subsequent maintenance and operations.
Creating highly structured and maintainable code and deliverables with right amount of documentation.
Embracing software architecture and design patterns in development to achieve better software metrics across software modularity such as coupling and cohesiveness.
Qualifications for the role :
- Experience in Advance C#, .NET, .NET Core, Web API, XML, LINQ, HTML, CSS.
- 4 to 6 Years of experience in Web Application Development using Microsoft Technologies & SQL server and database scripting.
- Testing frameworks and unit/integration testing like NUnit, XUnit, NSubsitute, object-oriented, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of communication over HTTP, HTTPS, REST, SOAP protocols
- Bachelors / masters degree in Electronics, Computer science or related field.
- Experience in working in Agile teams and strong understanding of agile ways of working is desired.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals, Jenkins or equivalent tool is an advantage.
- Proficient Communication skills in English
