Lead Digital Marketing & PR
The role is based at Mumbai and reporting to the President - Marketing, Communications and PR. Preference for candidates working with Advertising / PR agencies
The position is part of promoter's office and works alongside other colleagues in the central team within Digital, PR and Marketing with other Businesses as an Digital Lead and SME.
Relationships:
- Internal: President- Marketing, Communications and PR, Business Leads, Team Peers, Leaders, Peers and Colleagues in Group Businesses on a need basis.
- External: Marketing Agencies, Social Media Partners, PR Agencies, other Network Partners and Media Houses as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- End to End Ownership of Ideation, Design and Execution of digital strategies and campaigns- covering central office, and various business brands and products which are at an incubation/ execution stage or existing brands.
- Optimization of campaigns to improve conversions and engagement, strategy and outcomes.
- Budget recommendations and ensure that digital campaigns meet budgets and ROI goals.
- Monitor project and campaign budgets while reporting progress and profit reports to management.
- Act as an SME and partner to businesses on Digital Marketing and Transformation.
- Ensure Cohesion between Digital Marketing activities and Traditional Marketing Campaigns.
- Create and execute ideas that enable disruption and presence in the marketplace.
- Actively manage and optimize social media and utilize various promotion campaigns to boost social reach and visibility.
- Ownership of digital strategy and transformation including strategy design, revenue and brand management, organizational capabilities, and change management.
- Manage overall growth and profitability; and digital brand and reputation.

Person Profile:
- A successful candidate should have at least 7-12 years of experience in Digital, Social Media, PR and Communications space.
- Individuals with an different years of experience but an passion for digital and social media are encouraged to apply as well.
- Candidates should come from an agency side, or working for a brand (Ideally customer facing B2C brands).
- University degree (MBA or equivalent) with other qualifications in the related field.
