ABEC - Manager - Client Servicing (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Client Servicing Manager to join our vibrant team at ABEC.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and successful client journey from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.

Your ability to manage client relationships, anticipate client needs, and ensure guest satisfaction will be critical to the success of our exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships and guest communication for various exhibitions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.

- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand ABEC's client base.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, consistently anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

- Develop and maintain detailed client profiles and event information.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.

- Travel throughout India to attend meetings, visit potential clients, and oversee event logistics, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the exhibition or building materials industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and guests.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

- Willingness to travel frequently throughout India.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
