Position Title : MIS Executive

Location: Mumbai Andheri West

Work Timings: Mon to Fri (9:30am 6:00pm) Sat (9:30am 2pm)

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive & Data Analyst to support our Sales department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing and analyzing sales data, creating insightful reports, and developing strategies to enhance sales performance. This role requires a strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and advanced Excel formulas to provide actionable insights that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Data Management and Analysis:
• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards specific to sales performance, including sales forecasts, targets, and pipeline analysis.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas, to analyze sales trends and performance metrics.
• Reporting:
• Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports for internal stakeholders, including sales teams, management, and executives.
• Provide insights into sales performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Track key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the Sales team in understanding and utilizing sales data to inform strategies and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to address data-related queries and provide analytical support for sales initiatives.
• Develop and automate reports and dashboards to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
• MIS Systems and Tools:
• Maintain and enhance existing MIS systems and databases used by the Sales department.
• Implement data management best practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create visual representations of sales data.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, and reporting within a sales or related environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions..
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings clearly to various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
