Technical Experience :Min 8 years of SAP SuccessFactorsSF exp with at least end to end 4 Implementation projects in SPCDPSF certification with exp and expertise in Succession Planning and Career Development PlanningGood knowledge of system config and Data model and XML in accordance with Solution DesignHands on with functionalities like Development Plan, Career Worksheet, Career Path and MentoringUnderstanding of Position Mgt, Global Assignment, Job Profile Builder, Competencies Skill Mgt and Job architectur
Professional Attributes :Should be able to lead and manage the teamGood communication skill and able to handle client interaction independentlyShould be able to work under pressure
