As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve shaping Accenture and client strategy by bringing emerging ideas to life. You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
