Job Title: Business Development Manager

Major Job Responsibilities:

Location: Mumbai, India
Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth and expansion for the company.
• Develop a strong network to attract new clients and explore new market opportunities.
• Identify and capitalize on sourcing and selling opportunities at both national and international levels.
• Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold-emailing, attending industry events, and other strategic methods.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services effectively.
• Act as a representative and intermediary between the company and its customers.
• Conduct in-depth research on potential prospects and market trends.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Develop compelling business proposals and presentations to support new opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage the existing sales pipeline while consistently identifying and developing new business avenues.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the petrochemical or similar industries.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to research, identify, and capitalize on market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive approach to business growth.
• Familiarity with international trade and supply chain management is a plus.

• Qualifications Required: A Bachelor's Degree in any Stream or related Degree/Diploma is required.
• Industry Preferred: Trading Chemical Industry (Import, Export, indent, Trading)
• Salary: As per Eligibility and Experience.
