The Opportunity:

Role and Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of a various business operations workstreams from problem identification, solutioning and driving the outcome
- Partner closely, collaborate, and develop deep relationships with different organizational departments
- Devise data governance strategies and build a single source of truth for the analytics and functional scorecards
- Stitch together data residing in CRM portal, offline excels etc. and build analytical models to support executive decision making
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and streamline/ automate the workflows
- Drive the adoption of company CRM among various users and customize modules in the context of enterprise business
- Contribute to near-term and long-range strategic planning
- Identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience of managing sales operations for enterprise/B2B businesses
- Impeccable problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Data and Business Analytics
- Good Knowledge of Financial modelling
Qualifications- What you need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering
- 5+ years in business operations function for enterprise clients
- 3+ years experience in Financial modeling and Analytics
- Capable of doing sophisticated data analysis and financial models on Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SQL is a must
- Good knowledge of finance/ accounting concepts
- Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with multiple stakeholders
- Self-driven towards short/long term team's goal in fast pace/ambiguous work environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, willing to multi-task, and a team player
