We're seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive online growth!
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing, search engine advertising) to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads).
- Track campaign performance using web analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Develop and manage social media strategy, including content calendar creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Implement strategies to grow brand following and increase social media engagement metrics.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize web analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Generate insightful reports to track progress towards marketing goals and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and inform future marketing strategies.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Communicate marketing initiatives and results clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media marketing).
- Experience with social media management tools (e. , Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and content creation platforms (e. , Canva).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred).
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong communication, written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
