Manager Projects (Billing) (Mixed Use Development)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Experience in Project Planning, QS, coordinating, and inspection of works.

2) Experience in preparing and implementing schedules for procurement, construction,

installation and commissioning for each project from ordering to completion.

3) Preparing and calculation of various Qty. of BOQ items, Estimate & Rate analysis for new work

orders.

4) Resolves issues pertaining to rejection and invoices, vendor or contractor grievances, and

claims against suppliers.

5) Preparation of work orders for sub-contractors.

6) Preparation of Client Bill & Sub-contractor bills.

7) Reconciliation of quantities & material with BOQ and approved drawings.

8) Preparing engineering studies, daily project reports, resource requirement & material

requirements.

9) Studying the drawing & accordingly calculation of material requirement.

10) Raising of Procurement Indents considering the lead time & follow up until delivery.

11) Updates project schedule on a regular basis for project management reporting.

12) Evaluation & monitoring of sub-contractor RA bills.

13) Preparing monthly and weekly project completion status reports & submitting to the

Project In Charge.

14) Review, evaluate and discuss contract requests as needed.

15) Correspondence with client, contractor & other agencies.

16) Attending meeting with client and Govt. Agencies.

Quantity Surveying (QS) :

• Extracting quantity from drawings.
• Performing Rate Analysis and Cost estimation.
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), Material Quantification, Material Cost estimation, billing, and Management Information System (MIS).
• Drawing out quantities based on drawings for Civil & MEP.
• Preparing Bill of Materials & Bill of Quantities.
• Reconciliation of Quantities.

Billing:Billing :

• Contractor Bill preparation.
• Timely entry of Bills in the ERP System.
• Bill Verification, Bill certification & Bill passing.
• Maintaining Bill tracking & Overdue statements.

1. Project MIS:
• Coordinating Project MIS from Sites.
• Overall, in charge for preparation of Project MIS related to project progress, cash flow, Material reconciliation.
2. Tendering & Contracts:
• Preparation of Tender documents with close coordination with Civil Department, MEP Department, and Architect departments.
• Preparation of Rate Analysis and Cost Analysis for various construction items.
• Floating the tender documents for subletting of work to contractors of all disciplines for residential/commercial project and inviting the quotations.
• Preparation of own cost estimates; comparing the bids with our cost estimate.
• Post award cost control of various packages released.
3. Procurement & Contracts Head:
• Responsible for management of Purchase, Vendor Development & Contract management for all Projects.
• Forecast Material requirement and Cost Analysis as per the Projects requirement.
