Planning Manager

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Adani Airports’ City Side Development team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the industry and possess a strong skill set in relevant software for creation and tracking of master plans, Power BI, Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, as well as a deep understanding of SOP/process implementation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities of Role

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for: - Utilizing relevant software such as MSP, Primavera, etc. for the creation and tracking of master plans. - Demonstrating proficiency in Power BI, Dashboard, and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. - Applying knowledge of SOP/process in the industry and recommending implementation on projects. - Preparation of Project Charter inclusive of project objectives, project scope, and project responsibilities & closing the same with team. - Preparation & Tracking of Resource Plan in line with MSP and Earned Value Management. - Provide regular reporting on project financials, schedules and overall program status to stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to Project Management tools and trackers , Project Documentations , Risk register , Issue trackers etc - Adherence to reporting & Project Control Mechanism

Technical Competencies

Microsoft Projects ,MS Office (Advance Excel),Contract Management,Budgeting & Cost management,Digital Dexterity

Qualifications and Experience

- BE Civil / B Tech Civil from IIT / NIT / Equivalent Professional Institute with Specialization in Project Management. - Post Graduate diploma in project management from NICMAR / MIT or equivalent University. - 8-10 years of experience in the Real Estate Development industry.
