Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity manager to anchor consulting and delivery engagements across our OT and IT cybersecurity portfolio. The Associate General Manager (AGM) will be responsible for translating client business needs into security transformation programs, ensuring high-quality execution, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing value delivery.

This role demands strong client engagement skills, deep understanding of OT/IT cybersecurity challenges, and hands-on experience managing large multi-disciplinary delivery teams. The AGM will serve as a bridge between consulting advisory, solution engineering, and execution, ensuring outcomes are aligned to customer expectations, industry regulations, and internal quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead multi-client cybersecurity program execution across OT/IT landscapes, manage scope, quality, resources, and risks.
• Align with Head of Service Delivery on KPIs, resourcing models, delivery playbooks, and automation goals.
• Drive adherence to SLAs, contractual obligations, and ensure zero delivery escalations.
• Maintain dashboards and cadence reviews with internal and client stakeholders.

Consulting and Pre-Sales

• Participate in pre-sales workshops and solutioning efforts, own delivery feasibility and estimation.
• Translate industry needs into deliverable programs, with defined value realization and success metrics.
• Contribute to proposal writing, SoWs, and effort models, support go/no-go decisions with delivery risk inputs.

People Management and Team Building

• Manage large and diversified delivery team across capabilities, geographies.
• Build a culture of ownership, learning, and high performance.
• Identify skill gaps and work with CoEs for upskilling.

Process & Quality Governance

• Implement project governance, delivery toolsets, and reporting structures.
• Drive process maturity across engagements, leveraging frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and ITIL.
• Identify opportunities for automation, reusability, and knowledge sharing.

Candidate Profile

Must-have

• 15 + years of cybersecurity experience, with minimum 7 years in delivery or consulting leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of OT/IT security architectures, frameworks (NIST, ISO, ISA/IEC 62443), and industrial environments.
• Experience managing large client programs across manufacturing, energy, or utility companies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (CIO, CISO level).
• Proven track record of managing distributed teams and third-party vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or transformation roles.
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, NGFW, IAM, PAM, etc.).
• Exposure to commercial management SLAs, profitability metrics, and contract governance.
