Job Description
MAIN JOBS:
1. PRODUCTION CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE- Monitoring and optimizing production processesvia PLC, ensuring quality and efficiency, maintaining production records andequipment functionality, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with relevantdepartments for resolution, updating the production related information.
2. MACHINE MAINTENANCE AND MANPOWERHANDLING Providingpreventive maintenance for machines, checking machines/equipment for problems, andrectifying them. M onitor andapprove work permits for contractors and workers, instructing the worker about process-relatedhousekeeping, PLF cleaning and maintenance, and chemicals mixing, etc.
3. SAFETY HANDLING Includes training and monitoring workersabout safety inside packing plant, and use of PPE, helmet, safety goggles,gloves, face mask, and safety belts for height work.
