Team Member Role: Manager/Assistant Manager Real Estate Transaction.

What would the work Entail:

- 4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography.

- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision makers in the industry.

- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.

- Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.

- Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.

- Manage the transaction process endtoend in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures.

- Responsible for the individual/ teams P&L.

Your Attributes:

- Team handling.

- Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative, able to multitask, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Excellent with MS excel, word and PowerPoint presentations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.

- Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management.
