Job Summary : The incumbent will be responsible for translating retail concepts into detailed drawings and layouts that align with brand vision and store development strategy. This role demands a high degree of creativity, technical proficiency, and collaborative skills to enhance customer experience through exceptional store design and layout. This role will involve travelling across different project sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Operation Management

• Develop and implement and monitor project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations, ensure efficient management of resources
• Coordinate with the project management team to align project goals and objectives.

2. Design and Engineering:

• Review engineering drawings to ensure they compliance
• Collaborate with the design team to address design challenges and implement solutions.

3. Construction Management:

• Oversee construction activities with regular visits to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage construction schedules and deliveries.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

4. Quality, Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and codes.
• Obtain necessary approvals and permits from regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with the safety team to address and mitigate safety risks.

5. People Development:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

Desire Candidate Profile

• Experience: BE/BTech Civil, into construction and/or in retail sector or large premium / luxury properties
• Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, PERT, knowledge of construction materials and methods
