Land Acquisition Manager

The Land Acquisition Department is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land parcels for development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site visits and gather data on land attributes, accessibility, and surrounding infrastructure.
* Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, project development, and planning departments, to align acquisition strategies with company goals.
* Liaise with external consultants, government agencies, and local authorities as needed.
* Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, agreements, and communications.
* Assist in the resolution of any post-acquisition issues that may arise.
* Responsible for Lead Generation via newspaper , property wala , 99 Acre , MagicBricks , Common Floor , Facebook Group , Whatsapp Group Promotion , Quicker & IndiaProperty

* Collecting the data from land Aggregator including the Land Extension ,frontage , land type and zone of the property along with basic norms such as ( HT Lines , Government Land or Temple Land , Intervention of Water Bodies or Burial Ground Etc . )

* Solely Responsible for number of owners or agreement holder or memorandum of undertaking .
