Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements for software applications and systems.

- Analyze business needs and technical challenges to produce clear and detailed requirement documents (e.g., Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), Use Cases, User Stories, etc.).

- Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, and documentation to visualize current and future business processes. Recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.

- Participate in the integration of software and systems by working with development teams to define integration points, data flows, and interface requirements.

- Provide data-driven insights by analyzing system performance and business metrics. Assist in data validation and ensuring data integrity between systems.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Serve as the primary contact between business users and the development team.

- Support the testing phase by developing test plans, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that the delivered solution meets business requirements.

- Support the change management process by ensuring new solutions are effectively adopted and aligned with business needs.

- Assist with project planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role with exposure to IT systems and software development processes.

- Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis. Familiarity with systems integration and data modeling.

- Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and tools like Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management or documentation tools.

- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements analysis, and project life cycles. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide actionable solutions.

- Ability to meticulously document business processes, technical specifications, and test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
