. Sales - Veterinary Diagnostics

Job Summary: The representative for Veterinary Diagnostics will be responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic products and services to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and other animal healthcare providers. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to enhance their diagnostic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in the veterinary sector.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to veterinary professionals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Participate in govt tenders by creating sufficient documents and win the orders
• Maintain a good interdepartmental relation ship.

• Customer/distributor Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and distributors.
• Manage the distributors with timely collection of payments and PDC and maintain the financial track smooth.
• Manage the secondary sale and the primary sale by maintaining the track of inventory and timely collection of stock statements to the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Stay updated on the latest veterinary diagnostic products and technologies.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of diagnostic products.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.

• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies.
